Hi There-New Approach

Hi all. I'm a 33 year old mother of three, and I have little time. I have spent the last year wasting money on a gym membership and never going.

I need to lose weight and get fit. I've bought a Kinect over the holidays, and am now using it with two different personal trainer programs. I'm hoping that working from home will allow me to find the time to do this regularly.

Good luck with your plan. I too need more time to get fit although I like my weight already. I wanted to convert the fats stored in my tummy into firm muscles. As with any endeavors, we need dedication for our plans to work and I hope this forum will help.
