Techniques
To perform the
Tricep dips
safely, please follow these steps:
Begin by sitting on the bench, place your hands underneath the outside of your bum, your feet should be in front of your knees
Slowly lift your bum off the bench and bring it forward a couple inches away from the bench
Now, carefully lower your bum towards the floor until your elbows are at right angles
Slowly straighten your arms and lift your body away from the floor
