Techniques
To perform the
French press with medicine ball
safely, please follow these steps:
Begin by laying down on the bench with the medicine ball resting on your stomach
With one hand on either side of the ball, slowly raise the ball into the air so your arms are almost straight - avoid locking the elbows
Keeping the shoulder joint perfectly still, slowly lower the medicine ball down to your forehead, your elbows should remain pointing to the sky
Again, moving from the elbows, slowly raise the medicine ball back up into the air
Repeat steps 2 to 4 until you can no longer maintain the correct technique
