  1. Begin by laying down on the bench with the medicine ball resting on your stomach
  2. With one hand on either side of the ball, slowly raise the ball into the air so your arms are almost straight - avoid locking the elbows
  3. Keeping the shoulder joint perfectly still, slowly lower the medicine ball down to your forehead, your elbows should remain pointing to the sky
  4. Again, moving from the elbows, slowly raise the medicine ball back up into the air
  5. Repeat steps 2 to 4 until you can no longer maintain the correct technique
Tips
  • Keep your elbows tucked in at all times, they should never point out to the side
  • Keep your elbows pointing upwards at all times
