Techniques
  1. Begin standing with your feet shoulder width apart and hands a little wider than hip width apart on the bar
  2. Now slowly lower the bar towards your feet whilst keeping your back straight, the movement should be in the hips and knees and NOT by arching the back
  3. Slowly straighten your body again through your knees and hips
  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until you can no longer maintain correct technique
Tips
  • The most important technique for this exercise is that you keep your back straight at all times
