Short & Sweet

Not much to say this week really.  Managed to do some swimming and back in my weights routine but other than that not much happening.  Still trying to eat healthier and despite my lack of motivation I am determined to keep at it.

It’s 4 months since I started with iBodz and my measurements are doing ok.  Still need to work on the stomach and my chest growth is slow but I am still pleased with the results overall.

Well I said it would be short & sweet.

It can really be a job not to

It can really be a job not to fall back into the slacking off. I would love to say I have always held true to my exercise routine but I would be lying to you if I did. We just do the best we can when we can and stay steady as much as you can.

Hard to Do

To keep up with what you have accomplished is the hardest thing for me. I lose a bit of weight and I want to celebrate. Then there go those hard earned pounds climbing back onto me!

The main thing really is to not fall back and lose the progress that you have made, even if you can't keep it up full whack for a while. I wish I had your dedication.

It's good to see you are still working out even though you had a lull in your training. Keeping with the healthy eating is challenging sometimes so bravo for you keeping at it!
